Baby Emaline arrived two weeks after these were taken! Congratulations, you guys!
These were taken at my parents' house in Alabama over Memorial Day weekend. I'm so happy with the way they turned out!
Just before the holidays, we paid a visit to my sister and her family in Delray Beach, Florida. It's quite windy there on the Atlantic, but the ocean is Caribbean blue. Here are a few of my favorites from a morning stroll on the beach. (My nephew likes to chase and scream at the seagulls, of course.)
Mini photo sessions with loved ones are a fun way to kick off the holiday season! Space is limited, so reserve your session time soon!

Welcome to the new home of Amy Anderson Photography, formerly known as Studio A. Take a look around the new site! I hope you like it as much as I do. My dear friend and gifted designer, Josh LaFayette, has created a entirely new identity for me that perfectly represents the look and style of Amy Anderson Photography, and I'm thrilled to finally share it today! Keep your eyes peeled for lots of new content, and don't forget to update your blog feed!
We kicked off this year's wedding season with a beautiful wedding in Mobile at the Bragg-Mitchell Mansion. It was my first wedding since baby girl was born, and also my first wedding to do alongside my new partner, Mallory! The weather was perfect and I fell in love with the bride's soft and subtle color palette for the wedding. Everything looked so beautiful with that grand antebellum home as our backdrop. Congratulations, Andrew and Stephanie!
My niece turned five this year. I can't believe it!
Last Spring, I photographed a beautiful mock wedding with the staff of Mobile Bay Monthly magazine for their 2012 Bride issue. These are a few of my favorites.

We've been hibernating. On October 12th, we welcomed our first baby into the world and we've been under the radar for a while. But, we are glad to be back in the swing of things for the new year as we start booking weddings for 2012. Be on the lookout for new content and big changes this year. For now, a few photos of our sweet baby girl:
