Fairhope High Digital Media

Once or twice a year, we get the pleasure of accompanying Mrs. Jones and her Digital Media class on a field trip designed to wield their photography skills. At this point in the semester, the students have learned the basics (aperture, shutter speed, ISO, how to change settings on the camera), and we have the honor of teaching them how to make the camera bend to their will by covering topics ranging from composition to depth of field. Below are a few images from our most recent trip to Jackson's Oak (tree pictured below from which Andrew Jackson rallied 3000 troops in 1814).
